Websites & digital presence
A website people can actually use.
Most visitors arrive on a phone with one question: what are the fees, how do I apply, how do I give, where are you? We build sites that answer it fast, and we keep them running afterwards.

Problems we fix
Sound familiar?
- The website doesn't explain what you do or why you can be trusted.
- It is slow, broken on phones, or impossible to update without a developer.
- Enquiries and applications arrive through scattered channels and get lost.
- Nobody is responsible for security, backups or updates.
- Parents, donors and clients can't find you through search.
Every site includes
- Page structure planned around your audience before any design
- A design that matches your identity, tested on phone, tablet and computer
- Forms that bring enquiries to one inbox
- HTTPS security, backups and basic search set-up from day one
- Staff training so your team can update news and photos
- 30 days of fixes included after launch

Process
How your project runs.
About four weeks for most sites, once we have your content. Nothing is built until you approve the design.
- Week 1 · Understand
Listen and gather
A kickoff call about your goals and audience. We agree the page list and collect your text, logo and photos with a simple checklist.
- Week 2 · Design
Approve the look
You see your homepage design first. Nothing else is built until you are happy with it.
- Week 3 · Build
Build and test
All pages built and tested on phones, tablets and computers, with two rounds of changes included.
- Week 4 · Launch
Go live and learn it
Your site goes live with security and backups on, and your staff get a recorded training session.
Where we work
Website design for schools and organisations across East Africa.
Doxah is registered in Kenya and works online, so we design and look after websites wherever our clients are. We take on projects in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and across Kenya, and in Hargeisa and Garowe. Next, we plan to expand to Kampala, Dar es Salaam and Kigali.
Kenyan clients pay in shillings by M-Pesa or bank transfer; others pay in US dollars.
Why location rarely matters
- Discovery calls and training over Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp
- One shared channel for every message on your project
- Hosting chosen for speed in East Africa
- Pricing in KES or USD, agreed before we start
FAQ
Questions we're often asked.
How long does a website take?
About four weeks for most sites, once we have your content. We confirm the timeline in your proposal.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, hosting account and content are registered in your organisation's name, and we document how everything is set up.
Can our staff update it?
Yes. Every launch includes a recorded training session. If you'd rather we post updates for you, the Growth and Partner care plans include monthly update hours.
Will it work on phones?
Every site is designed and tested phone-first, because that's how most of your visitors arrive.
Can you improve our existing site instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. The website check tells you whether improving or rebuilding makes more sense.
